In the heart of the lively Braunschweig-Gliesmarode district, „Emmy Living“ is a pioneering new residential quarter that combines modern living with social and ecological standards. The project combines barrier-free apartments, sustainable architecture and Service facilities, that make life easier for residents.
Two commercial units are planned on the first floor - one of the units will be used for the new service center of Braunschweiger Landessparkasse. In addition, a laundry lounge with services via WE-Wash will be integrated to offer residents additional convenience. Modern control via the dedicated WE-Wash app.
Emmy Living is certified as a green building with the DGNB Gold Standard. In combination with the QNG Plus certification, it is the most sustainable building in Braunschweig.
The upper floors of the building are created in sustainable timberwhich ensures both particularly high energy efficiency and a pleasant indoor climate. Who was Emmy Noether?
Emmy Noether (1882–1935) was a pioneering German mathematician who is considered one of the most important female scientists of the 20th century.
